Development, testing, and launch help
We build the agreed app using supported TheFaithApp features, help your team test it, and prepare the store listings and submission materials. Release timing depends on your church being ready and the stores approving the app.

Your app stays connected to TheFaithApp for member access and church content. We help your team get set up and learn how to publish. Shared bug fixes and compatibility updates are included while your partnership remains active; additional features and redesigns are agreed separately.

- The access needed to run your agreed app is included. A member profile is a person recorded in your church account, excluding deleted profiles; it is not an app download.
- Future pricing: agreed before we build
- We document the plan or pricing method for growth beyond 100 profiles and any additional services. Churches already above 100 can apply; a running plan must be agreed first. Applying does not start a paid subscription.
- External costs: paid by your church
- Your church owns its developer accounts and covers any store-account fees, payment processing, SMS, or optional third-party services. We explain applicable costs before you proceed. Store approval is decided by Apple and Google.
This partnership includes app access by agreement. Submitting an application does not change your current plan or unlock paid features.

Can you build a church app for free?
Yes. Approved church partners pay no development fee for the agreed initial app using supported TheFaithApp features. Partner platform access is free up to 100 member profiles. Your church covers store-account fees and optional usage charges. We agree the scope and future pricing before building.
Can we bring our own church app designs?
Yes. Share your designs or a view-only design link when you apply. We review the layout and requested features together before agreeing the build. Churches without designs can start with their branding and our design guidance.
Will our church have its own iPhone and Android app?
The partnership is for an app with your church name and agreed branding, connected to TheFaithApp. Your church owns its developer accounts, and we help prepare testing, store listings, and submission materials. Apple and Google decide whether to approve each app.
How do we add sermons, devotionals, and events to our church app?
Your team publishes church content through TheFaithApp’s web dashboard. The connected app uses that content for the features agreed in your project. We help train a named content owner so your staff can keep the app useful throughout the week.
What happens when we have more than 100 member profiles?
We agree the running plan or pricing method for growth beyond 100 member profiles before development begins. Profiles are people recorded in your church account, excluding deleted profiles; downloads do not determine the count. Larger churches can apply too, with a running plan agreed before the build. Applying does not start a paid subscription.
How long does it take to build and publish a church app?
We discuss timing after reviewing your design, feature scope, content readiness, and developer accounts. Your church reviews and tests the app before submission. Store approval and review times are controlled by Apple and Google, so we confirm the live app before announcing its launch.
