Welcome to TheFaithApp! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our platform, including account creation, content uploads, and donation tooling. By accessing or using TheFaithApp, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Account Registration

To use certain features of TheFaithApp, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activities conducted under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep this information updated.

2. User-Generated Content

Users may create and upload content, including but not limited to text, images, audio, and videos. You are solely responsible for the content you upload and must ensure that it does not violate any applicable laws, intellectual property rights, or these Terms and Conditions.

By submitting content, you grant TheFaithApp a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, distribute, modify, display, and perform the content as necessary to operate and promote the platform.

3. Free Platform

TheFaithApp is provided as a completely free service for churches and religious organizations. We do not charge subscription fees, seat licenses, or platform access charges. If we ever introduce optional paid add-ons, we will notify you in advance and clearly state that the core functionality remains free.

4. Payment Processing

If you connect payment processors to receive donations or payments:

• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• You must follow the terms of service of any connected payment processors
• TheFaithApp is not responsible for payment disputes or refunds
• All payment processing is handled by third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal, Flutterwave)

5. Donations and Transaction Processing

TheFaithApp enables you to accept donations, offerings, and other ministry-related payments through third-party processors (including Stripe, PayPal, and Flutterwave). While we do not charge subscription fees, we may receive a referral or platform commission from these processors. Their transaction fees and terms continue to apply.

• You remain responsible for any processor fees, chargebacks, refunds, and regulatory obligations connected to your transactions.
• You must disclose how donations will be used and handle donor inquiries promptly.
• All sensitive payment data is handled directly by the processor; TheFaithApp does not store card or bank details.
• We may require additional information or documentation to comply with anti-money-laundering (AML), know-your-customer (KYC), or other legal requirements.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use TheFaithApp to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload malware or harmful code
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Collect user information without consent

7. Service Availability

We strive to ensure the Service is available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance that temporarily disrupts the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

TheFaithApp and all its features, including the software, design, and content, are owned by THEFAITH LTD. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

THEFAITH LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless THEFAITH LTD, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
